Terms and Conditions Agen101 — Platform User Guide

Welcome to agen101. This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the agen101 online gaming platform by all users who register, log in, or use any services offered under the agen101 brand.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any feature provided by agen101, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy of ours that form part of this agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the agen101 platform. Continued use following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the agen101 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

All players registering an account at agen101 are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) before the first withdrawal is allowed. This process is part of agen101's commitment to platform security and fraud prevention.

Documents required for KYC verification include:

• The welcome bonus is only available to new players making their first deposit.
• Each bonus comes with wagering requirements (rollover requirement) that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session on a public or shared device.
• Report immediately to the agen101 support team if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Agen101 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If anyone claims to be an agen101 representative and requests your password, report it to us immediately.

Agen101 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any player found to be in violation of these terms and conditions. This action may be taken without prior notice if the violation is serious or involves illegal activity.

Examples of violations that may result in action include:

• Registering multiple accounts for yourself or on behalf of others.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.

Players whose accounts are terminated due to a terms violation may not be eligible to withdraw any remaining balance, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

• Agen101 is not liable for any losses arising from internet connection failures on the player's end.

• Any liability claims against agen101 are limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.
